We at the South African Butler Academy are enthralled to announce that we have reached the halfway mark with our March 2012 course. In anticipation of the next three exciting courses, we present to you: Butler Olympics! So Butlers, start warming up, because from day one, “On your marks, get set, GO!” and be ready to keep that flame burning brightly throughout your marathon, since the finish line is always in sight. We are pleased to introduce our students to the wonderful world of the Barista, as they are trained by our world class trainer and winner of international competitions. There is a growing interest in our esteemed Academy from both students and other training institutions in South Africa, as well as internationally. Our newest affiliation is with The Professional Bar and Restaurant School, New Zealand, and we look forward to a rewarding relationship with them. The South African Butler Academy is also proud to announce that we are training (currently) the Butler Department for the One&Only Reethi Rah in the Republic of Maldives. We would also like to thank Starkey International for their outstanding book, The Original Guide To Private Service Management, a must for every Butler.
